I literally just opened this from the package, and it is amazing. Super soft and yes, it is sheer. The collar and cuffs are velvet-like. The shirt is also somewhat spandex-y. I bought this for work events - to be tucked in. It is not too long, or how I would like it if I were to be wearing it untucked. Super cute! I LOVE.

I'm a bit taller (5'8") and it's just long enough to tuck the ends into my jeans, but they keep coming out. Cute shirt overall!
I'm thrilled I bought this! It has beautiful detailing and a great mix of sexy and classy. It was easy to wear an undershirt and wear this for work occasions, as well as with a pretty bra under it for a night out. My only complaint would be that the polka dots shed when hand washing, but I imagine it will get better after a couple of washes. Great quality for the cost. Collar is velvet and so are the cuffs.
